Production
Production capacity and geographic boundaries should not impose limits on creativity. That’s why our customers get the benefit of our network of production partners throughout Europe and Asia, with whom we have developed extremely broad knowledge over the years in producing cardboard and plastic packaging, manual coating and wood working.
Made in Germany / Europe
Our cardboard packaging partner has one of the most modern automated manufacturing facilities in Europe. All production steps are carried out in Germany, including printing, laminating, cutting, embossing, gluing, coating and even riveting and hinging. Qualified staff ensure that your orders are processed quickly and smoothly.
Made in Asia
Targeted selection from our pool of partners in Asia based on the individual product you desire affords you a major advantage, for you can be sure that the production facilities selected are the ones most suitable for your specifically requested design. Fall-back solution: In Asia we work with at least two production partners for all product types. We therefore have a fall-back option for every product area, should the need ever arise. Depending on your distribution area as our customer and the packaging type, we are able to respond flexibly to local production requests by your customers, manufacturing identical items in Germany, elsewhere in Europe or in Asia.

Our partners in Asia have stringent quality controls in place for any order of yours fulfilled there, and our own staff carry out additional on-site controls both before and during production, performing a final check prior to shipping.

Logistics
We offer project-specific services for customers in cooperation with our logistics partners.
These range from direct delivery to your warehouse to setup of a call-off or consignment warehouse and direct worldwide distribution.
We are all about service.
Service
As desired, you can outsource downstream tasks to us, such as the finishing touches for the packaging of final products and applying labels for different markets. We are also happy to take on other tasks for our customers.
Social responsibility and sustainability.
Our main production sites in Asia are all certified in accordance with SA8000 or amfori BSCI. Partners who have not obtained official certification are required to adhere to our Code of Conduct* in their work, which was drafted on the basis of SA8000. We deploy specially trained staff to conduct regular on-site audits to ensure conformity. You can thus be assured that we, as a responsible trading company, guarantee that our Asian partners, without exception, remain in strict compliance with all applicable regulations governing raw materials usage, occupational health and safety, child labour, fair compensation, overtime and other relevant issues.
* We will gladly send you a copy of our Code of Conduct upon request.
As part of our dedication to protecting the environment, we and our partners ensure that the paper, cardboard and wood we use (the primary raw materials used for our products in terms of volume) bear the FSC®-seal where possible, and specifically choose these certified materials when designing packaging, displays and paper bags. While the FSC®-seal is by no means beyond any controversy or criticism, it is still the most stringent international certification, according to WWF Germany.
When visiting customers in Germany we often travel by rail as the preferred option. We keep travel to Asia down to the minimum necessary for carrying out business, making frequent use of video conferencing to talk with our Asian partners. Our office in Germany is 100% powered by electricity from renewable sources, sporting solar panels that demonstrate our commitment to sustainability. As a donor to WWF Germany and a member of the conservation organisation NABU, we also contribute financially to further advancing ecological responsibility and sustainability.
